The Blu-Mount Post Conversion Kit to accommodate a 6″ Post Sleeve consists of:

(2) 6″ PVC Guides w/Screws – use in replacement of the 4″ or 5″ post fillers.

It is recommended that you purchase the Blu-Mount Post Mount System in addition to the 6″ conversion kit.
